Job Responsibilities:
- Support mission critical IT infrastructure
- Perform daily system & network maintenance and monitoring
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of custom software
- Conduct IT inventory control
- Provide desktop support
- Perform user training when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
- Holder of MCSE an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience on MS Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server, SQL 2000/2005/2008 Server, Windows 2000/XP workstation, MS Office & Access applications and TCP/IP network devices; preferably in finance or banking industry
- Outgoing, independent, self-motivated with good communication and trouble-shooting skill
(More experience will be considered as System Support Engineer)
