Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the lead supervision of the corporate finance team in deal origination, execution and documentation process of all kind of corporate finance exercises including pre-IPO investment assessment, IPO, equity fund raising and financial advisory
Requirements:
- Master/ University graduate preferably with relevant professional qualifications of CPA/ CFA or LLB an advantage
- Must be a holder of RO license for SFC Type 6 activities and a Principal for IPO sponsorship
- Over 8 years of solid experience in IPOs, M&A, corporate finance and Takeover Codes related transactions with reputable investment banks
- Strong drive and initiative, sound management skills and leadership capabilities
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
- Willing to travel
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Director
