BIL International Limited ("BIL") is an investment holding company with primary listed on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with secondary listings on the London and New Zealand Exchanges. BIL became a subsidiary of Guoco Group in October 2005. BIL's core operating assets include Thistle Hotels Group (100% stake) in the United Kingdom and other investment projects including development properties (100% stake) on the island of Molokai in Hawaii; resort and development properties (100% stake) in Denarau, Fiji; and 2.5% royalty (55.11% stake) on the gross value of all hydrocarbons, liquid or gas produced and recovered in designated areas within Australia's Bass Strait. The Tower - a Guoman Hotel The Royal Horseguards - Exterior with Park Thistle Hotels Group Thistle Hotels Group is BIL's principal investment. Thistle Cardiff, Exterior The Cumberland BIL Gaming In February 2006, BIL's wholly owned subsidiary, BIL Gaming Operations UK Ltd, was approved by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain ("Gambling Commission") to be a licensed operator of casinos under The Gaming Act 1968. Additionally, the Gambling Commission has approved Certificates of Consent for 16 specific casino licence applications.
