GuocoLeisure Limited ("GL") is an investment holding company with primary
listing on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with
secondary listings on the London and New Zealand Exchanges. GL becames a
subsidiary of Guoco Group in October 2005.
GL's
core operating assets include Guoman Hotels Group (100% stake) in the United
Kingdom and other investment projects including resort and development properties
(100% stake) in Denarau, Fiji and 55.11% stake in the royalty on 2.5% of
the gross value of all hydrocarbons, liquid or gas produced and recovered in
designated areas within Australia's Bass Strait.

Guoman Hotels Group
Guoman Hotels Group is GL's principal investment.
It owns, leases or manages 38 hotels (8,300 rooms) in the
United Kingdom, including landmark properties like The Tower - A Guoman Hotel, Guoman
Charing Cross, Thistle Marble Arch, Thistle Victoria, The Royal Horseguards and
One Whitehall Place. Guoman's hotels are full service hotels, catering to both the
business and the leisure travelers. With approximately 5,900 bedrooms in London,
Guoman is the largest full service hotel operator in the capital. Guoman also
owns or manages hotels in most major cities in the United Kingdom.
In October 2004, a long term lease was taken for the 1,019-room Cumberland
Hotel. This contemporary hotel, with conference and meeting facilities and
modern restaurants, became GL's first "Guoman" branded hotel in the United
Kingdom.

Clermont Leisure
(UK) Limited
In February 2006, GL's wholly owned subsidiary, Clermont Leisure (UK) Limited ("Clermont Leisure"),
was approved by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain ("Gambling
Commission") to be a licensed operator of casinos under The Gaming Act 1968.
Additionally, the Gambling Commission has approved Certificates of Consent for
16 specific casino licence applications.
On 1 December 2006, GL has completed the acquisition of The Clermont Club. The
Clermont Club, one of London's best-known casinos, is situated at 44 Berkeley Square in the West End of
London. Subject to regulatory approvals, Clermont Leisure intends to operate a number of integrated hotel casinos and
standalone casinos in UK.

Molokai Ranch
Molokai Properties Limited
("MPL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of GuocoLeisure
Limited, owns approximately 60,000 plus acres or 40% of
the Hawaiian island of Molokai which is located between
the islands of Oahu and Maui. MPL had since 31 March
2008 ceased its tourism and other operations on Molokai
Island and is land-banking its remaining land
assets on the island.

Denarau Properties
Denarau Properties is GL's wholly-owned property asset with land, hotel and retail units available for sale in Fiji. Denarau Island Resort, Fiji's largest and most prestigious tourism resort, is located on this property. The resort has approximately 1,200 rooms, a championship golf course, marina and residential development. GL has been responsible for the overall development of the resort, and now is selling its remaining assets on the island.
